Ianchelevici Triennal Prize for the integration of monumental sculpture in town planning

This prize is organised by the non-profit association “Les Amis de Ianchelevici” and set up by the Sart-Tilman Open-air Museum.

It takes into account monumental works completed between 2006 and 2010, arising from the collaboration between sculptor/visual artist and architect.
The works likely to be submitted to a specialist jury (architects – town planners, visual artists, art historians, art critics) must indicate an urban planning integration process.
The selection is made by a committee designated by “Les Amis de Ianchelevici” and the Sart-Tilman Open-air Museum. The members of the selection committee are responsible for looking for the works that are likely to be presented to the jury. The selection committee makes the final decision regarding the choice of projects it submits to the jury.  Free applications are examined by the selection committee. None of the files presented will be returned.

The artists whose work is likely to be presented to the jury will be contacted by the selection committee.

Those nominated must present their works through models, photos, explanatory panels, audiovisual documents, etc., which will be part of the temporary exhibition. An illustrated catalogue will be published on the basis of the documents submitted.

The amount of the prize is EUR 7000.
